Okay I know this is pretty geeky, but it is a must read for my profession. Actually I found this book very readable. The topics are huge, but the chapter sizes are manageable.

Really great book for clinical management. I bought it as a student, and although it was certainly good, the management part slipped through my mind and left no trace. But as a resident, I found it an excellent source. Looks intimidating, but the writing is to the point and not tiresome.
